The Chiefs Middle School Ice Hockey club supports, encourages and empowers the middle school age youth in the program to develop many skills and behaviors that they will use throughout their lives. In addition to teaching the sport of ice hockey, the program teaches players the importance of sportsmanship and teamwork, all in a safe and fun environment. One goal of the program is to prepare players to advance to the next level of competition, such as the high school level (e.g. Cherokee Chiefs High School Ice Hockey teams).
